Aaron M. Davis is a former decorated athlete. His affiliations include the Association of Boxing Commissions (ABC), Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA)and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Davis is a graduate of Wichita State University and his employment history includes Wichita State University Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Wichita Public Schools, Communities in Schools of Wichita/Sedgwick County Inc. - an educational retention program, and AT&T Inc. While in Kansas, Davis was appointed as the Kansas State boxing Commissioner, the top position on the five-member Commission.

In 2008, after a nation-wide search, Mr. Davis was elected to join the State of New Jersey Law and Public Safety Office as the Commissioner of the State Athletic Control Board. He was responsible for the supervision, and oversight of world title boxing, mixed martial arts, other combative sports. In 2011, Davis was elected to serve as the Association of Boxing Commissioners National 1st Vice President by his peers. In 2014, Davis transitioned to the Executive Initiatives Liaison to cultivate, develop and establish relationships with all Law and Public Safety departments. In 2015, he headed the quality assurance project for Juvenile Justice Commission which surveyed every Juvenile facility in the State of New Jersey.

Presently Aaron serves as a Government Representative / Hearing and Ethics Liaison Officer for the Office of the Attorney General Law & Public Safety. Davis is also a member of State Police Candidate Review Board and a member of the Governor’s Advisory on HIV/AIDS and Related Blood-Borne Pathogens.

Davis is the loving father of daughter Raegan Elise.
