Mr. Bacon has a BS degree from Hampton University with concentration in management and a Certificate for graduate studies at Williams College at the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management. He has over 40 years of management and credit expertise in Banking, in the areas of Community banking, Regional banking, Specialized Lending and International Trade Finance. Mr. Bacon is mostly known and respected as a pioneer in the Asset Based Lending industry. He is a former director of the Commercial Finance Association trade organization and is currently semi-retired focusing on real estate and investing.

Over the past several years, Mr. Bacon has spent a fair amount of his time advancing his philanthropic goals as President of Delta Epsilon Boule (a member Boule of the national fraternity Sigma Pi Phi), a director of the Delta Epsilon Foundation and ex-offico member of the Foundation’s Executive Committee. He endeavors to motivate and mentor minority youths to attain their educational and career aspirations. Mr. Bacon spends his leisure time with friends and associates playing golf.
