Kerry R. Benson
President and CEO, Big Edge Advisors, LLC

After more than 14 years as Managing Director and Chief Information Officer for the PFM Financial
Advisors, LLC and PFM Asset Management, LLC, he is now President and CEO of Big Edge Advisors, LLC,
which provides strategy, technology, and business consulting services to clients across multiple sectors.

Kerry is a seasoned technology executive with a track record for executing initiatives that achieve
measurable outcomes, drive enterprise value, improve operational efficiency, and create competitive
advantage. He is also a trusted advisor and partner that provides valued guidance to C-Suite executives
and corporate and non-profit boards regarding digital transformation, strategic planning, cybersecurity,
audit, operations, and M&A due diligence.

Kerry has worked in the technology field for more than 30 years. Before joining PFM, he spent six years
as Vice President in the Global Technology Services division for State Street Corporation. In that position,
he was responsible for managing a full-service IT organization that provided mutual fund accounting and
fund administration services for over $250 billion in assets for BlackRock. Prior to joining State Street, he
spent six years at Deloitte Consulting, where he worked with clients in the financial services, public sector,
healthcare, and manufacturing industries, providing systems integration, project and program
management, strategy, and business process reengineering consulting services.

He is a private investor, philanthropist, and very active in our community. He is a recipient of the 2011
Philadelphia Business Journal Minority Business Leader Award.
Currently, Kerry serves on the University Science Center board, Continuum Companies, Inc. board, and
Advisory Board of Plain Sight Capital.

Kerry has an MBA. in Finance from New York University, Stern Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in
business administration from Bernard M. Baruch College
